Statamic Weekly-ish: Episode 3
'Weekly' is just a suggestion
So it turns out that trying to hold down full-time jobs, family commitments, side projects, open source projects and a Statamic weekly newsletter is tougher than it may at first appear. đ°
But never fear! We are still here. Hold our beer(s), whilst we leap gracefully from this fortnight-long pier and dive into a rather delayed Episode wherein the community exacts its revenge by giving us a gut-busting amount of great stuff to share (give that a southern drawl for the rhyme: i.e. pron. âsheerâ).
But before we really get going I want to highlight some really exciting news: thereâs a Statamic conference! Statameet is going online and will be streamed for all to watch September 16, 2021.

Tickets will be available next week

Releases
There have been no shortage of releases in the past few weeks:
v3.1.30 - A small release with a few fixes and now the ability to warm the static cache from the command line
v3.1.31 & v3.1.32 - Overflowing tabs in the CP now hide in a super slick way when thereâs not enough room, plus some GraphQL improvements.
Also get ready for 3.2 coming real soon - so soon the earth has started to quake and shake in anticipation.
Discord
This is from Twitter, but it was also shared in the Discord⌠that counts, right?

This is exactly what CMSs are for so this makes total sense. Maybe weâll do this for Statamic Weekly at some point! đ
Mentions around the web
This is a new section where we will share nice articles or blog posts about the worldâs raddest CMS. As always submit your own for worldwide fame and recognition from our 10 ravenous readers! (Hi, mom! Just kidding. My mom thinks Statamic is a type of cereal. I love cereal.)

Addons
Loads of wicked add-ons have been released over these past weeks:
Michael Aerni has published an Apple News add-on - incredible stuff, especially for bigger Statamic sites that want to cross-pollinate to AN - and a Livewire Forms add-on. Dudeâs a machine đĽ
Handmade Web & Design have created two add-ons: one for Cloudflare and Frosty, one for the alpine.js lovers
Stopa Development have made a Google Maps add-on
Jonas just came out with an early version of Statamic Jobs! It handles failing jobs (no, not the burger flipping kind) and saves them as flat filesâŚ
